It’s time to create new rituals of individual eating to correct this imbalance and turn eating alone into a valid culinary experience.
With this mind; solo eating units can be created by examining individual eating habits that aim to creates eating awareness and eating slowly. The study aims re-experiencing eating alone by examining the eating habits and portion measurements by considering the single living people. Can eating alone habits be improved with objects?
